Daniella joined TriCity Family Services in June of 2024. Daniella graduated from Aurora University in 2019 with her Bachelor’s in Social Work. During this time, she completed a year-long internship with a child welfare agency in Aurora, IL, working with children and their families. In 2020, Daniella went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in schools.
Daniella is currently a full-time elementary school social worker where she provides school-based services to children ages 3-12. Prior to becoming a school social worker, she worked as an ABA therapist through Naperville, IL. Daniella has experience working with children and families with various needs including but not limited to anxiety, depression, financial instability, selective mutism, special education (IEP/504s), Autism, ADHD, mood/behavior disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma related disorders, and developmental delays.
Her passions include working with children and their families with a non-judgmental approach and advocating for her clients and their needs. Daniella understands that therapy can be a vulnerable time in client’s lives. Because of this, she aims to create an inclusive, collaborative, and safe space for clients to grow and achieve their goals. In her free time, Daniella enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two cats. She likes to spend time outside, reading, doing yoga, and crafting.
