As such, the following types of behaviors/actions are considered unacceptable:

  • Discriminatory or disrespectful behavior toward co-workers, clients or any agency constituents on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship status, marital status, military service, unfavorable military discharge, age or disability within the meaning of the current laws, rules and regulations.
